Like the Samarian lady at the well, I am forgiven.

This lady came to the well in her town when she could retrieve water; a time when she could be alone and not condemned…..solitary, without others around. Ever felt like you needed that independence?

And then a man talked to her…. His name was Jesus. “I AM the living water,” He said.

The woman was thirsty for acceptance and she received the full audience of her Creator. Perhaps she had been looking for acceptance “in all the wrong places.”

John 14:15 NLT

15 “If you love me, obey my commandments.

The lady went back to her people and said: “He told me everything about my life!” (paraphrased) In effect, her experience with Jesus made her a missionary to her own people!

Jesus knows each of us individually. He celebrates our unique personage and He also knows we will be happiest when we obey his teachings and live within his will for our lives.

Stay on track and do not become discouraged! Keep searching! He will reveal himself in some of the most unlikely situations.
