Being included is a big deal. Not getting to be “in the circle” can be heartbreaking.

One of the epiphanies I have had is this question: “Do I really want to be in that circle?” If it is not easy for me to be included, do I want to be in the circle anyway?”

A fair estimation is to look in the mirror. Am I my own worst enemy? If so, God give me the power and will to deal with my own stuff.

The beauty of Jesus Christ rings loud in Jesus’s response to the woman accused of adultery: “M’am, where are your accusers?” (“None found,” she acknowledged.) “Neither do I accuse you! Go on your way and stop sinning!”

In Jesus’s response, he drew her accusers outside of the her circle with her Saviour.
