Do you ever pick up the phone and call your Dad to get his input?

It’s like: “My Dad will know how to deal with this!”

I can remember once, earlier in my teaching career, I was reprimanded by a boss of mine for making my course too difficult. I called my Dad, and he said: “Son, find a way for the students to pass. Give them some extra work to do….” His advice saved me a lot of grief with my students and my administrator.

My Dad is no longer alive and so I have converted over to talking more to my Heavenly Father…”Lord, give me clarity!”
